Tickets

You can choose your seats yourself and buy your tickets directly. You are welcome to use our online ticket system for this:

Ordering process

During booking on the ticket module, the online basket will automatically empty after 15 min of inactivity and the tickets will be lost.
First select the preferred performance date
Then select your desired seats from the seating plan.
An online shopping cart will appear listing your seats. Click on ‘Buy’ to proceed to the next step.
You can select possible discount options that apply.
- Pupil and student ID cards must be shown on admission
- For FN-Card discounts, the number of your FN-Card must also be entered and activated by clicking on the checkbox. You can purchase a maximum of 2 discounted tickets per FN-Card. The FN-Card must also be shown on admission.
- Please note that different discounts cannot be combined.
- Now enter your customer details in the form and click on ‘Buy tickets’.
You are now in the PayPal payment module.
- You can pay as a PayPal customer.
- You can pay directly by direct debit.
- You can pay directly by credit card.
- You will not encounter any additional costs.
- PayPal will ask you for details to process your payment.
- You do not need to open a PayPal account!
Once payment has been made, you will receive an e-mail from us with a link.
- This will take you to a PDF of the tickets you have purchased.
- You can now print and/or download them.
- The link will remain active exclusively for you if you lose your tickets.

The tickets are labelled with a QR code, which will be checked upon admission.

We would like to point out that paid tickets cannot be returned or exchanged (restriction of the right of cancellation according to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB).

Category I: 42 € (incl. rain option)
Category II: 38 € (incl. rain option)
Category III: 34 €

Discounts

The discount for pupils, students and trainees up to the age of 26 is €5 in each category. ID cards must be shown at the entrance unrequested.

Groups of 20 persons or more receive a 10% discount, groups of 40 persons or more receive a 15% discount. Please contact our ticket office: Tel. 07934 9936-36.

Holders of the FN-Card receive a one-off 10% discount on every two tickets. Please show your FN-Card at the entrance.

Any discount must be claimed before purchasing the tickets.

Only one discount can be claimed at a time.

Refunds

Tickets/vouchers that have been paid for/sent cannot be exchanged or returned.
